On MAY 3 , the Oklahoma state department of health will conduct FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS in the auditorium lobby at FRONTIER SCHOOLS during the school day.
Frontier schools and the OSSAA (Oklahoma State Sports Activities Association) require an annual sports physical prior to participation in athletics.
Attached is a copy of the sports physical and consent form.
Please fill out and sign page one of Sports Physical and page one of consent form.
You or your child return the signed forms to the students office prior to May 3, 2024.

The Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame honored 24 elementary, middle and high school students throughout Oklahoma this year for their Red Ribbon Week Art and Essay Contest winning submissions based on the 2023 Red Ribbon Week theme βBe Kind To Your Mind. We would like to congratulate Coach Roden and the Frontier Mustangs for winning the district championship!!
Frontier will host baseball districts starting Wednesday April 17th. Frontier Mustangs will go against South Coffeyville at 11 am, then South Coffeyville will play Prue at 1 and then Frontier will play Prue at 3 pm. Championship game will be Thursday at 1:00 pm. Good luck Mustangs!

Saturday Frontier staff, alumni and students hosted the Cowboy Country Special Olympic track meet. a good time was had by all.

Congrats to the March Mustangs of the Month!
Pre-K thru 2nd Grade students recently enjoyed an author read aloud. Native American author, Laurel Goodluck, read her book, Forever Cousins, to our classes via zoom. The book was illustrated by Navajo graphic artist Jonathan Nelson. Teachers will also receive a free copy of the book to keep in their classrooms, for students to enjoy!
***Reminder- High school baseball game this evening (4/8/24) will begin at 4:30 at Covington with the Junior high baseball game following.
Frontier Middle School has been selected for a State grant known as the K-20 Gear Up for Life program. The program is designed for students in 6th through 8th grade. The program is to help students in these grades to start getting an understanding for options after high school and prepare them for the ACT test when they are in high school. On Tuesday April 9, 2024 we will be taking our 7th Grade students only to Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma for a college tour day. They will leave at 8:00 AM and expect to return by 3:00 PM.
